Our hotel is dedicated to providing our guests with a comfortable stay experience. The electric curtain system is an important aspect in enhancing the comfort of guest rooms. Previously, some of the curtain motors used in the hotel produced excessive noise, especially during opening and closing at night or in the early morning, which could disturb guests' rest and led to numerous complaints. Additionally, the curtains in hotel rooms are mostly heavy blackout curtains, which have high requirements for the power and stability of the tubular motor. Some motors also have problems of stalling and inaccurate positioning, which affect the guest experience and the hotel's reputation.

To address this issue, we have decided to comprehensively upgrade the electric curtain system in the guest rooms. After a rigorous selection process, we finally chose the SCVE silent tubular motor. The tubular motor of SCVE adopts a design without a gearbox and direct drive servo technology, with a running noise as low as 14.4 dB, almost as quiet as a vacuum, completely solving the problem of noise. At the same time, this motor has strong power, with a maximum power of 60W, which can easily drive heavy curtains, and has a positioning accuracy of millimeters, running smoothly without any stalling. After the upgrade, complaints from guests about the curtain noise have been eliminated, and many guests have reported that the curtain operation is convenient and the running is quiet, greatly enhancing the comfort of the stay. In addition, the SCVE tubular motor also supports linkage with the hotel room control system, which can automatically adjust the curtains according to the check-in status, further optimizing the service process. Its durability of 200，000 cycles of testing also meets the frequent usage requirements of the hotel， providing a strong guarantee for hotel operations.
