Our community plans to accommodate 3000 households. The intelligent window and door system is one of the core modules in the community's smart construction. In the early stage of project implementation, we faced a major challenge: how to achieve synchronized control of the windows and doors for 3000 households while ensuring the stability and compatibility of the system operation. Ordinary tubular motors are difficult to meet the centralized control requirements of large-scale communities and are prone to problems such as signal delay and inconsistent linkage, which affect the user experience and the effectiveness of community smart construction. After extensive research and comparison, we finally chose SCVE tubular motor as the core driving device for the intelligent window and door system.
The tubular motors of SCVE have strong compatibility and can seamlessly integrate with mainstream smart home systems. They also have mature solutions for large-scale coordinated control. After the project was implemented, the tubular motors of SCVE successfully achieved synchronous linkage of the doors and windows for 3,000 households. Through the community intelligent management platform, centralized control, zone management can be realized, and they can also be linked with the meteorological system. In case of bad weather, the doors and windows will automatically close. Residents can also control them independently through the mobile app or voice assistant, with convenient operation. The system has been running stably and reliably so far, without any linkage failures. It has been widely recognized by the residents and has laid a solid foundation for the intelligent construction of the community.
